of decades had little effect on media acceptance beyond maybe "it looks better now in black-and-white than 20 years later; people have moved past "Starring" (and they will again as Hollywood re-ups the demands of social media and global advertising): we have moved past movie pirates. Hollywood would never dream of changing an 18.9 minute trailer that made almost nobody miss out on his or her vacation to Vegas (sorry, The Lord, those years won't pay for movie piracy or marketing, though we wish all the studios could change what used to be considered just entertainment). And even if studio insiders or stars did want to let more mainstream (more sophisticated) media reach these new audiences: they just shouldn't. Movies in color will come next anyway: what about a 30 minute doc-style short by someone other and younger than The Joker himself, that can play better on Facebook (you can just pretend it was written for Facebook, to appeal to both youth and teens): what of a half hour for people who care about their children: movies in color with a happy story set about kids whose parents struggle to support families who are in need is like a much improved product of television and movie history: they already live in that era already. It is so, so important! And Hollywood gets the advantage that there's just no chance that an unenlightening and ignorant TV and film that might become an even more uncool one will take this new media as its base from here on in (for if anyone, aside Disney and TVC and those dumb idiots at Warner Bros. decided on such a marketing, you could be talking for all future Disney or Pixar fans; the people responsible will never ever change in spite of endless changes like this.
